You already have programming and people you trust. Add recorded feedback and live conversations to help make sense of your technical work. With your permission, we’ll collaborate with your current coach on where our support fits.
Two 30-minute live video analysis sessions and two 30-minute video reviews per billing month.

Subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Buy One Month is a single payment for one month of the same service and does not renew.
After you subscribe we agree your lead coach, a workable call time and your start date.

Coaching details
Support, Technique, and Complete include one additional 30-minute onboarding call in the first month. Monthly allowances follow your billing period and do not roll over. Each of the three includes two 30-minute live video analysis sessions and two 30-minute video reviews per billing month, arranged by appointment rather than on a fixed weekly day.
We offer evening and weekend appointments by arrangement and respond to coaching messages within 48 hours, including weekends. Text or send a voice message about your practice, cue, or preparation; brief clips tied to your current cues are included support. Full new breakdowns belong in a scheduled review. You may request a callback; immediate pickup and extra unscheduled calls are not guaranteed. Arrange time-sensitive competition support in advance.
Live analysis sessions review your footage together at your appointment, with a short cue recap within 48 hours. Recorded video reviews are separate, and arrive within 48 hours of complete submission, including weekends.
Need a training break? You may request one pause of up to 60 days per rolling 12 months, beginning at your next renewal. Billing and coaching stop during the pause. Unused allowances do not carry over, and a coaching slot is not reserved. Restarting requires available capacity and your confirmation. After 60 days without restarting, your subscription closes without another charge.
Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. Your service continues through the paid period. Email jvlnperformance@gmail.com to pause or cancel. If we cause a missed service, we will arrange to make it up.
Questions
Can I keep working with my current coach?
Yes. Collaboration is part of how we coach. With your permission and your coach’s participation, we’ll discuss what is already in place and agree on where our input fits. We want you to have a clear, shared direction.
How is video feedback different from Technique Package?
Video feedback helps you interpret submitted footage and choose practice priorities. Technique Package doubles that to two 30-minute live video analysis sessions and two 30-minute video reviews a month, and adds an individualized technical plan and support between practices. Complete Package keeps the same video work and adds coordinated physical programming.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Contact us to discuss the support you need. When an upgrade starts, we’ll end any overlapping subscription and confirm the billing change so you are not paying twice for the same support.
How do I cancel?
Email jvlnperformance@gmail.com before your next renewal to stop future charges. We’ll confirm the effective date and explain any remaining service allowance. Video Feedback Package pause and credit details are listed on its page.
