Athlete Stories

Different starting points. Coaching built around the athlete.

  • Without Sam and Maggie, I honestly don’t think I would have gotten the opportunity to throw in college or at all.

Coaching Questions

Still deciding? Tell us about your training and what you want to improve.

Ask us a question

Can I keep playing other sports?

Absolutely. We love working with multisport athletes. Tell us about your other seasons so we can shape our coaching around your schedule and overall training.

Do I need experience or a certain throwing distance?

You don’t need a particular personal best to get started. We’ll consider your experience, goals, and current training when helping you choose appropriate support.

Can my parent or current coach be involved?

Yes. We welcome parents in onboarding for younger athletes and, with permission, collaborate with your coach so everyone understands the direction of the work.

What happens after I purchase?

After checkout, we’ll reach out with your onboarding steps and arrange a time to meet. We’ll learn about your goals, current training, and schedule so we can get started together.
