Send us the footage you keep replaying. Maggie or Sam will explain what they see, help you decide what to focus on, and suggest drills to bring the feedback into practice. Your next submission gives us a chance to look at what’s changing.

How a Review Works

Send your clips
Submit up to three clips, each no longer than 30 seconds, and tell us what you are working on.

Receive your review
We’ll send your recorded feedback within 48 hours of receiving usable footage and your completed intake, including weekends.

Apply the feedback
Work on your priorities in practice and use your next submission to check your progress.
Membership Details
Need another review? Active members can purchase an additional recorded review for $45.
Have a question? Send one clarification about your review within seven days of delivery. New footage requires another review.
Missed a month? One unused review carries into the next billing cycle and expires at the end of that cycle. You can hold up to two available reviews, and the older review is used first.
Taking a training break? Request a pause before your next renewal. Billing and new review credits stop at the next renewal. You can pause for up to 90 days once in a rolling 12-month period. One valid unused credit can be held during your pause and used within 30 days after you resume. Reviews and coaching stop during the pause. We resume billing only when you confirm. If you do not restart within 90 days, the subscription closes and the held credit expires; you are not charged.
Want to cancel? Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. You can use remaining credits through the end of your paid period. Previously delivered reviews remain available to download.

A useful review can come from a practice throw, competition footage, or a technical drill. If you’re taking a complete break from training, use the pause option and return when there’s work to review.
Questions
How is video feedback different from Technique Package?
Video feedback helps you interpret submitted footage and choose practice priorities. Technique Package doubles that to two 30-minute live video analysis sessions and two 30-minute video reviews a month, and adds an individualized technical plan and support between practices. Complete Package keeps the same video work and adds coordinated physical programming.
Can I use video feedback outside competition season?
Yes. Suitable practice throws and technical drills can be reviewed too. During a complete training break, you can pause according to the membership terms.
How do I cancel?
Email jvlnperformance@gmail.com before your next renewal to stop future charges. We’ll confirm the effective date and explain any remaining service allowance. Video Feedback Package pause and credit details are listed on its page.
Do I need an app or a member portal?
No. We send onboarding instructions, submission links, and feedback by email. Live sessions use a video-call link.
